Chat-Centered started from a simple observation: documentation is everywhere, but finding the right answer at the right time is still painfully hard. Support teams drown in repetitive questions. Customers dig through pages of docs without finding what they need. Knowledge gets lost in PDFs, wikis, and outdated guides.

We set out to fix that. Built in the Netherlands, Chat-Centered was born from the need to make documentation truly accessible. We combined retrieval-augmented generation with vector search to create an AI assistant that actually understands your docs and gives accurate, source-cited answers.
